Grass-fed Beef by the Cut: Steaks

Our 100% grass-fed beef is raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no hormones and no antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed, well-marbled, and dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.

Order any quantity of individual grass-fed steaks, roasts, organs, bones, and ground beef. Once your order is packed, we'll update the order with actual weights and bill you the final amount.

All individual cuts are only available for pickup at the Coulee Region Business Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. We'll schedule a date/time via e-mail for you to pickup the meat once your order is packed.
