Our 100% grass-fed beef is raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no hormones and no antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed, well-marbled, and dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
Ordering by bulk is the best value. There’s no need to fill out a complicated cut sheet or talk to our butcher — just choose your package, pay a deposit, and we’ll do the rest! We deliver bulk beef throughout the Driftless region of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa — or you can pick up directly at our local butcher (Solar Meats) in Soldiers Grove, WI.
