Are you looking for a steak cut that is very lean?   The flank steak is your go to choice.   

The flank steak is lean, yet flavorful, but also one that you have to be careful with when cooking or its very easy to end up with a tough piece of meat.   It's great braised, grilled, stir-fried, smoked, or sous vide.   If grilling a quick sear on each side and cooking rare to medium it will be at its best.  

It's great as a steak, as a lean cut on a salad, or for fajita's.  

Order now for a fantastic lean beef steak!  There is very little flank per animal so it's available in limited quantities.

Our flank steak comes from cattle raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no added hormones and antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed, well-marbled, and all cuts are dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
