Are you looking for a steak cut that is very lean?   The flank steak is your go-to choice.  

The flank steak is lean, yet flavorful, but also one that you have to be careful with when cooking, or it's very easy to end up with a tough piece of meat. It's great braised, grilled, stir-fried, smoked, or sous vide. If grilling a quick sear on each side and cooking rare to medium, it will be at its best.

It's great as a steak, as a lean cut on a salad, or for fajitas. 

Order now for a fantastic lean beef steak!  There is very little flank per animal, so it's available in limited quantities.

Our flank steak comes from cattle raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no added hormones and antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed, well-marbled, and all cuts are dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
