If you love the versatility of ground beef most of the time but every now and then like to enjoy a great steak on the grill this is the grass-fed half beef package for you. We only include the very best 100% grass-fed steaks, and all the rest is ground beef.    

Weight & pricing

You'll pay a deposit today to reserve your grass-fed beef half. Once your beef is processed, we'll let you know your total amount, and we'll deduct your deposit.

Our beef half is $5.09/lb based on hanging weight and includes processing fees (average 325 - 440 lbs), so $1,600 - $2,300 total. The average take home weight (after processing and dry aging) for a half is 200 – 250 lbs.
