If you love to cook and get creative in the kitchen this is the package for you.  There’s a little bit of everything in this package and we throw in some marrow bones to make some fantastic beef stock.  And of course, we didn’t forget the tongue and liver.  

Weight & pricing

You'll pay a deposit today to reserve your grass-fed beef half. Once your beef is processed, we'll let you know your total amount, and we'll deduct your deposit.

Our beef half is $5.09/lb based on hanging weight and includes processing fees (average 325 - 440 lbs), so $1,600 - $2,300 total. The average take home weight (after processing and dry aging) for a half is 200 – 250 lbs.
