If you love to cook and get creative in the kitchen this is the package for you. There’s a little bit of everything in this package and we throw in some marrow bones to make some fantastic beef stock. And of course, we didn’t forget the liver.
Weight & pricing
You'll pay a deposit today to reserve your grass-fed beef half. Once your beef is processed, we'll let you know your total amount, and we'll deduct your deposit.
Our beef half is $6.79/lb based on hanging weight and includes processing fees (average 330 - 440 lbs), so $2,300 - $3,000 total. The average take home weight (after processing and dry aging) for a half is 200 – 250 lbs.
