Our beef is raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no hormones and no antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed, well-marbled, and all cuts are dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
There’s no need to fill out a complicated cut sheet — just choose your package, pay a deposit, and we’ll do the rest! We deliver throughout the Driftless region of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa — or you can pick up directly at our local butcher in Soldiers Grove, WI.
