Conventional Beef by the Cut: Ground Beef

Every so often we have beef that doesn't fall under our 100% grass-fed standards, and we offer it here, clearly labeled as conventional. Right now that's beef from a purebred Hereford bull we bought in 2026 to breed our herd. He didn't work out as a herd sire, so rather than waste good beef, we're offering it while it lasts.

Because he was raised conventionally on another farm, including some grain in his diet, this beef is kept separate from our grass-fed beef. It's still processed by our local butcher, Solar Meats, and sold direct from our family farm.

All individual cuts are only available for pickup at the Coulee Region Business Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. We'll schedule a date/time via e-mail for you to pickup the meat once your order is packed.
