Looking for a variety of beef for any meal-time challenge? Then this is a great bundle to choose.
Our Variety of Beef Bundle offers a number of our customers favorite steaks, roasts and includes an ample supply of ground beef. But we also throw in a few additional beef cuts if you want to try something new such as making homemade beef stock or taking advantage of all the health benefits of beef liver.
Get a discount by buying a bundle compared to ordering the same individual cuts a la carte. If you like what you get from this bundle, then buy in bulk in the future to save the most money with the most variety. If you like to get creative and want the best value for your money then reserve a bulk order of the Food 1/4 of beef or Foodie 1/2 of beef if you want the most meat for your dollar (or buy 2 and get a whole steer).
Our grass-fed beef comes from cattle raised on regenerative pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no added hormones and antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed/finished, well-marbled, and all cuts are dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
What's Included in this Bundle?
Approximately 65 lbs. of 100% grass-fed beef made up of the following cuts:
- 8 pkgs. (1 1/2 lb.) of ground beef
- 8 pkgs. (2 lb.) of ground beef
- 2 pkgs. (2 1" steaks/pkg.) of Ribeye bone-in steaks
- 2 pkgs. (2 1" steaks/pkg.) of NY Strip steaks
- 2 pkgs. (2 1" steaks) of Filet Mignon steaks
- 2 pkgs. (2 1" steaks) of Top Sirloin steaks
- 1 pkg. (2 1" steaks) of T-Bone or Porterhouse steaks
- 1 chuck roast
- 2 additional roasts of our choosing (e.g. rump roast, sirloin tip roast, or chuck roasts) depending on inventory
- 4 pkgs. of meat-on soup bones (beef shank) or beef marrow bones (3 lbs / pkgs.)
- 2 pkgs. (2 lbs/pkg.) of beef stew meat (or alternative cuts if out of stock)
- 1 pkg. (1 lb) of beef liver (if you aren't a fan of liver let us know and we can make a substitution)
All beef is in vacuum sealed packaging, which ensures freshness.
Please Note: In the event of low inventory on any particular item, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value. While substitutions are rare, they may happen from time to time. This flexibility is the main reason we can offer such great savings on this bundle.
