Ground Beef Patties (1/4 lb Burgers)
Do you love the versatility of ground beef but don't want to deal with the prep when just making hamburgers or cheeseburgers?
This is a package of four 1/4 lb. hamburger patties, so a 1 lb. package. This is 100% grass-fed/finished ground beef and is a great way to add a healthy, high-quality protein to your meals with a little more convenience and less mess.
These patties are packaged in vacuum sealed packages and will thaw out quickly. They're great for throwing on the grill or into a frying pan.
We estimate that our ground beef is a blend of about 85/15 however, but we can't formally claim this as our butcher doesn't test for fat content in each batch to label as such.The fat content can vary throughout the year and animal to animal.
Our beef is raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no added hormones or antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed/finished, well-marbled, and the meat is dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
Each package is:
