Ground beef is the most versatile option to make an endless variety of dishes such as meatballs, burgers, taco's, chili, "bbq" sandwiches (aka sloppy joes), spaghetti sauce, etc..
We estimate that our ground beef is a blend of about 85/15 however, we can't claim this for sure as our butcher doesn't test for fat content in each batch to label as such. This can vary throughout the year and animal to animal.
Our beef is raised on pasture year-round on our Wisconsin family farm, with no added hormones and antibiotics. It’s 100% grass-fed, well-marbled, and all cuts are dry-aged for at least 3 weeks.
Each package is:

- Vacuum sealed packaging ensures freshness
- Unique flat ground beef packaging for easy storage & fast thawing
