Conventional Ground Beef (1-1/2 lb)

This ground beef comes from a purebred Hereford bull we bought in 2026 to breed our herd. He didn't work out as a herd sire, so rather than waste good beef, we're offering it here while it lasts.

How is this different from our grass-fed beef? Our grass-fed beef is born and raised on our farm and is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. This bull was raised conventionally on another farm before he came to us, including some grain in his diet, so it doesn't fall under our grass-fed standards. We'd rather be upfront about that.

Ground beef is the most versatile option to make an endless variety of dishes such as meatballs, burgers, tacos, chili, "bbq" sandwiches (aka sloppy joes), spaghetti sauce, etc.

Each package is:

• Approximately 1-1/2 lb. of conventional ground beef
• Vacuum sealed packaging ensures freshness
• Unique flat ground beef packaging for easy storage & fast thawing
• Processed by our local butcher, Solar Meats, in Soldiers Grove, WI
