I can't believe 2023 is almost over!
It's been an extremely busy fall for us with the transition to using our new website, a lot of work on our farm, and keeping up with our 2 boys.
I wanted to let everyone know that we're coming up on our last butcher date of the year which is December 7th.
Reserve your beef by December 1st for this butcher date.
Our next butcher dates won't be until April of 2024 for bulk quarters/halves/wholes.
The meat will be ready by the end of December after our ~3-week dry aging process at our butcher.
Reserve your bulk beef order before it's gone!
The cattle have been enjoying their last weeks of some green grass and we've been enjoying the end of the fall colors as you can see in this picture.
