Our 100% grass-fed beef bone-in chuck roast is extremely versatile and can be used for many different dishes.
The chuck roast is cut from the front shoulder of the beef animal. This versatile cut is full of collagen and has a fair share of marbling. It's best prepared using a braising or pressure cooking technique. After preparing a chuck roast in this way you'll be left with very tender, juicy, and flavorful beef for many purposes. We prefer the bone-in for additional flavor and health benefits and it's easily removed after any sort of braising.
